We can help with many common issues such as

Terms and Conditions

Private Appointment
- Doors will open 5 mins before the appointment commences.
- It will be conducted as scheduled and booked, and please wait in the lobby 5 min before of your appointment time.

Reservation & Cancelation Policy
- Please book in advance.
- Cancellation fee will be charged;
- For standard session - at 100% for a cancellation within 24 hours of your reserved appointment time and for no show.
- For special offers and combination - at 100% for a cancellation within 48 hours of your reserved appointment time and for no show.

Payment
- Please pay by cash on the appointment day. Or you can pay in advance by bank transfer.
- For special offers and combination deals, advance payment is required.

About treatment effect, and your personal information
- How you sense the effect is varied as individual senses vary.
- Treatment is not a medical surgery and we are not in a position to guarantee any symptoms to be cured fully. If you have any mental and physical illnesses, please continue to see your doctor.
- If you have any medical problem and are under certain medication, please get your GP's approval first for having hypnosis treatment for the Hypnotic Gastric Band and any clinical related hypnosis in advance before your booking, and we do not owe any responsibilities on your health conditions if you do not consult your GP first.
